MyHealthnFitness is a blog focused on yoga, mind-body wellness, and home fitness gear. We’re looking for contributors who can bring real knowledge and a genuine voice to these topics — not generic filler content.
What We’re Looking For
We publish guest posts in two core areas:
Yoga & Mind-Body Wellness
- Yoga poses, sequences, and routines for specific goals (flexibility, strength, stress relief, weight loss)
- Mental health benefits of yoga and mindfulness practices
- Beginner guides and technique breakdowns
- Yoga props, mats, and accessories — buying guides, comparisons, how-to-choose content
Fitness Gear & Home Workouts
- Equipment reviews, comparisons, and buying guides (shoes, resistance bands, foam rollers, mats, home gym basics)
- Home workout routines that make use of specific gear
- “Best of” and roundup-style posts with genuine product comparisons
We are not currently accepting posts outside these two areas — including general nutrition, supplements, medical advice, or unrelated lifestyle topics. If your pitch doesn’t clearly fit one of the two categories above, please don’t submit it; it won’t be published.
Content Guidelines
- Original content only. Must be unpublished elsewhere, not spun or AI-generated without genuine editing and expertise behind it.
- Length: 1,200 words minimum. Longer, more thorough posts are preferred over short ones.
- Depth over fluff: we’d rather publish one well-researched post than five generic ones. Cite sources where relevant (studies, expert guidance) and speak from real experience where possible.
- Formatting: use clear subheadings, short paragraphs, and bullet points where they aid readability. Include a suggested featured image or note where visuals would help.
- Links: one contextual link back to your own site or relevant resource is allowed within the body copy, where it genuinely adds value to the reader. No link farms, no more than one outbound link to the same domain, and no links to competing yoga/fitness affiliate blogs. We reserve the right to edit, adjust, or remove links that don’t serve the reader.
- No overt sales pitches. Educational and genuinely useful content only — we’re not a platform for disguised advertising.
Author Bio
Every guest post includes a short author bio (2–3 sentences) with your name, a brief description of your background/expertise, and one link to your website or social profile of choice.
How to Pitch
Send us:
- Two or three post title ideas, each with a one-paragraph outline of what it would cover
- A link to a writing sample (previously published, ideally in yoga/fitness)
- A one-line note on your background or why you’re writing about this topic
We’ll respond within one business day if your pitch is a fit. Please don’t send a full completed draft on first pitch — we review outlines first to save you the time of writing something that isn’t the right fit.
Pitch us at: editor@myhealthnfitness.com
We reserve the right to decline any pitch or submission, and to make editorial changes to accepted posts before publishing.
